AMENDMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, EXTENSION AND NO SHOW
 

  • Guest can amend the booking by notifying us through email or by calling us on +9714 521 6820, 14 Days before the arrival date, the property will be subject to availability.
  • If you wish to cancel your confirmed booking, you should inform us by email or by calling us on +9714 521 6820, 14 Days before the arrival date.
  • If you wish to cancel your confirmed booking, within 14 days from check-in date, the security deposit will be refunded and the rest of the amount will be non-refundable.
  • If the guest wishes to extend their stay, they can request by email or by calling us on +9714 521 6820, an extension of stay is subject to availability and rate difference/supplement, may apply if any.
  • In case of NO SHOW, the complete booking amount will be non-refundable and the security deposits will be refunded.
     
REFUNDABLE SECURITY/DAMAGE DEPOSIT
 
  • A refundable security deposit for 2 Bed Apartment AED 2000 & for Villa AED 4000 will be held by Rose Dream Holiday Homes as an insurance against any damage or misuse of the property or for covering any incidental utilization of facilities/phones/paid TV charges, Rose Dream Holiday Homes has the rights to charge a full amount of the repair/replacement of any item in case of damage or loss of any Furniture Fixtures & Electrical and the deposit amount shall be withheld accordingly.
  • If the amount of the repair/replacement exceeds the deposit amount, Rose Dreams Holiday Homes shall charge an additional amount to cover all expenses as deemed necessary.
  • The amount of the deposit shall be refunded in full to the guest after carrying an inventory checklist and inspection of the Property by the Company representative.
  • Refund on Credit Card: If the guest is eligible for a refund, then the refund transaction will be made within a week from the refund approval date and it will take around 14 days to be credited in the account.
  • Refund on Debit Card: If the guest is eligible for a refund, then the refund transaction will be made within a week from the refund approval date and it will take around 30 days to be credited in the account, depending on the user bank.
  • Refund by Cash: If the guest is eligible for a refund, then the refund transaction will be made same time of the check-out after the final inspection by our Company representative.
