No. You can book from one night at Rose Dream Holiday Homes and above, we offer daily and monthly rates for guests. We could even offer you a discount for extension stay depending on the number of night you like. However, during the weekend and festive period, there will be a surcharge applicable.

Do you hold a security deposit at Rose Dream Holiday Homes?

Yes, at Rose Dream Holiday Home a damage deposit of AED 2000/- for 2 Bedroom Apartment and AED 4000/- for the villa will be collected upon confirmation of your booking before your arrival through our central reservations. The deposit will be refunded in full at check out if paid by cash upon check-in, subject to abidance with property use rules and an inspection of the property and a credit card refund will be processed after check out upon refund approval, which might take around within 14 working days to reflect in your accounts depending on the sending and issuing bank process.

What is your cancellation policy in Rose Dream Holiday Homes?

At Rose Dream Holiday Homes if you wish to cancel your confirmed booking, you should inform us by email or by calling us on +9714 521 6820, 14 Days before the arrival date, If you wish to cancel your confirmed booking, within 14 days from check-in date, the security deposit will be refunded and the rest of the amount will be non-refundable.

When will I be charged at Rose Dream Holiday Homes?

At the time of your booking at Rose Dream Holiday Homes, your credit card will be charged for the entire stay, including taxes and any extra services selected and a damage deposit fee.

Are there any additional charges at Rose Dream Holiday Homes ?

No, all our prices displayed on the Rose Dream Holiday Homes website upon reservation are final. The total price is always computed on the nightly rate, on which are added the following taxes: 10% services charge + 5% VAT + tourism dirham fee (AED 10 per bedroom per night). All the extra optional services are available for you to have a comfortable stay like cleaning services, airport transfer, excursions, laundry are not included in the rate and will be charged separately.

Can Rose Dream Holiday Homes assist guests with visa?

Yes, Rose Dream Holiday Homes can assist our guests with visa. As soon as your booking is confirmed, our Reservations team will be glad to assist you in obtaining your visa (prices are available upon request, fees depend on nationality). Issuance of visa is strictly based on approval of immigration authorities

What is the pre-check-in procedure Rose Dream Holiday Homes?

We at Rose Dream Holiday Homes would like you to have a seamless experience as much as possible upon arrival at the property. Hence we request for the Passport / Emirates ID copies of each guest to be sent to us at the time of the booking or at least 1 week before the arrival to allow time for coordinating access approval from the community security office. If we don’t receive passport / Emirates ID copies before this period we cannot guarantee the check-in on time.

Will someone be there at Rose Dream Holiday Homes to meet me and show me around on arrival?

Yes. A Manager from Rose Dream Holiday Homes will be waiting for you at the property location; you will receive his contact the day prior to your check-in, and he will coordinate with you to facilitate your check-in arrangements.

What are the check-in and check-out times at Rose Dream Holiday Homes? Are they flexible?

 Check-in time for Rose Dream Holiday Homes starts from 3:00 to 4:00 pm onwards.  Check-out time varies from 12:00 to 1:00 pm maximum.  Early checks in or late check-outs are possible. Rose Dream Holiday Homes are a family-oriented chain and our properties are kids friendly. However, there is supervision required by the guardians. We do provide trained and certified babysitters upon request. If you have any child-specific questions about our property, our reservations team will provide you with all the specifications. We can provide up to one baby cots per property free of charge. More than one baby cot is subject to availability and charges might incur.

What do I do if I have an emergency or problem on arrival or during my stay at Rose Dream Holiday Homes?

How to proceed if I forget anything in the Rose Dream Holiday Homes property? (lost & found)

Please let us know what you forgot and in case it is in our Rose Dream Holiday Homes property, we will return it to you at the earliest possible. Holiday homes are subject to a strict no party policy. Dubai authorities are reinforcing a no noise policy from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am

Yes, at Rose Dream Holiday Homes 1 free cleaning service will be provided in a week, if you choose to have additional cleaning service please pre-book this service during your reservation process, or else contact your property manager if needed during your stay. This service is chargeable.

Is the Rose Dream Holiday Homes kitchen functional if I want to cook?

Yes, Rose Dream Holiday Homes kitchen is always functional to cook, we provide essential cooking utensils, pots, pans, knife set, teacups cutleries and crockery.

Do you provide Baby crib/child mattress at Rose Dream Holiday Homes?

Yes, we at Rose Dream Holiday Homes do provide free of charge Baby crib/child mattress. However, it is recommended to be pre-booked during the reservation process to avoid any disappointment.
